My Life Tutors - Mid Semester Rescue Intake

Note: Once you purchase the weeks, your first match will take 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after you purchase with instructions on how to sign up for our coaching program in an app called Mentor City. That is the app we use for your communication with your Life Tutor. Please download the app when you get the notification, put it on your home screen on your phone or tablet, and enable notifications. During your contract, you will receive a customer service survey every two weeks, and we need you to complete the survey each time it shows up. Please check your email for any follow-up.
Payment
All invoices are due in full upon receipt. Contact and support in between contracts is billed at a rate of $125/hr for a minimum of 4 hours at a time.
We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Google Pay for account holders.
In-house financing is available for all packages over $1000. Discount codes are only valid at the time of purchase, and their continued availability is not guaranteed.
There are no refunds on Intake or other services once coaching begins. All sales are final.
